MEET JODIE LESLIE!
Recording artist Jodie Leslie - a five foot, farm raised gal - has taken those hard working farm values she was raised on and put them into her passion for music. She has performed at the Canadian Grey Cup, the Bluebird Cafe in Nashville, the Canadian Finals Rodeo, for the Premier of Alberta, and for the Prime Minister’s wife (and her dog). She has also been honored to open for her country recording artist mentors Ben and Noel Haggard, George Canyon, Michelle Wright, Grand ‘Ol Opry’s Bill Anderson (Whisperin’ Bill), and Canadian Icon Carroll Baker.
With a powerhouse voice, her sound seems to colour outside the lines - and that has opened doors to her in the pop/rock world as well, having also been invited to share the stage with pop icons Brian Adams, Chantal Kreviazuk, Gino Vannelli and other well known pop/rock icons.
The diversity in acceptance of Jodie Leslie’s voice and music seems to point to the fact that fans both young and old - mainstream and country - seem to gravitate to the positive messages in her work.
Her new single “TELL GOD” written by Justin Peters, Rachel Thibodeau, & Rebecca Lynn Howard speaks to the power of prayer & the amazing relationship we can have with God if we just call on Him! This song is produced by Sal Oliveri (Pink/Chris Stapleton) & we are so excited to share it with the world!
